13.9 Skincare Haul - Moisturisers & Serums
I recently did a MECCA order to get some skincare bits and bobs. Some replacements of must haves and a new addition to my skincare routine.
I have very dry, dehydrated skin, I am also on the other side of 25 which means I need to treat my skin a little better to keep it looking fresh.
I find that a lot of moisturisers just don't quite work for me. The Origins Drink Up Intensive Overnight Mask is exactly what the name would suggest, a very intense hydrating mask, put it on, sleep, wipe off excess. For me however, it is the perfect night cream that my skin loves. Excess? What excess? My skin sucks up every last bit. I would highly recommend this product to my dry skin friends!
Eye cream is something that a lot of us seem to forget about, but using a light hydrating cream eye cream, such as the Origins GinZing Refreshing Eye Cream, in the morning is a step I now cannot miss. I always struggled with concealer creasing and drying out under my eyes (no matter what product I used). However, by simply applying an eye cream first, my cakey eye bag problems are solved!
Lastly in the little skincare haul is a product I am yet to try. I've heard so many positive reviews of the Sunday Riley Good Genes Serum that on my 27th birthday, I decided it was time to treat my skin and give this product ago. I will post a full review of this serum once I've properly put it to the test.
What moisturisers and serums are you loving?
